Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Danify app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Danify.

2. Description of Service

Danify is an educational app designed to help users prepare for Danish state exams, including the Indfødsretsprøven (Danish Citizenship Exam) and the Medborgerskabsprøven (Active Citizen Exam). It offers AI-powered study tools, practice questions, and exam simulations. Danify is not affiliated with the Danish government and does not guarantee exam results.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Danify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be 13 years or older to register.

4. Subscription and Payment

Danify offers two paid paths for exam content. (a) Monthly Subscription: auto-renews at 99 DKK/month after a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime via App Store or Google Play settings, access continues until the end of the current billing period. (b) Exam Content Pass: one-time purchase, priced per exam session as shown on the pricing page and in the app, grants access from purchase until 14 days after the next exam. AI Partner subscriptions are billed separately. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

5. AI Token System

AI features consume tokens. Tokens are granted weekly based on your subscription tier and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after 3 months from the date granted. Unused tokens do not roll over indefinitely.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in Danify are owned by Smilekid Labs. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Exam questions are derived from publicly available Danish government materials.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or decompile the app, use automated tools to scrape content, impersonate other users, or use Danify for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Danify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that your exam preparation will result in passing the citizenship test.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smilekid Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Danify.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

11. AI-Generated Content

Some content in Danify is generated by artificial intelligence. This includes the study blog articles and weekly Danish Pulse digests on our website, some of their cover images, and the in-app study assistant's hints and explanations. We label AI-generated content where it appears. AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions and does not replace official information, so please verify important details with official Danish resources before relying on it. The on-page labels are the primary notice; this section is provided for additional transparency.
